Pork Pochero

Pork Pochero is a Filipino food stew that has Spanish-influences and has been improved as times pass by to suit the Filipino taste-buds.

The dish is made-up of meat and different vegetables and saging saba which is abundant in most Filipino farm houses.

The inclusion of canned pork and beans added twist to this special recipe.

This dish is prominent in the Filipino serving table in the early times when town fiestas were very commonly celebrated annually.

The first time I served it with my family, they are bit skeptical of pork and beans and saging saba in the recipe.  But after they taste it, they gave it a 100% thumbs-up.

Try this delicious dish with your family.  It is a recommended dish to served your family.
